Our Friendly Care Team
Staff pride themselves on getting to know residents and providing high-quality care in a compassionate and kind manner.
All the staff receive extensive training which helps to ensure residents live as full, healthy and as happy lives as possible. Residents’ wellbeing is of utmost importance. At St Pauls we recognise that all residents have individual needs and interests, therefore the service we provide will reflect the residents’ personal requirements.
Our experienced teams
Our Registered Manager and Deputy Manager who are fully qualified Registered Nurses have many years’ experience in the care of the elderly. Our specialist care team who are chosen for their warmth, sensitivity and expertise provide the best possible personal care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our highly trained and dedicated staff team approach every day with professionalism and cheery dispositions, delivering a personalised service. The St Pauls Group is a leading provider of residential, nursing and dementia care, led by a passionate team, seeking to provide the highest standards of care and happiness for all our residents.
The directors of the company are very ‘hands on’ and are involved in the running of the home on a day to day basis.
Specialist Care Team
At St. Paul’s we have a dedicated activities organiser who arranges a lively social calendar including arts, entertainment, exercise, trips such as shopping, visits to the garden centre, and events in the Home. We also arrange regular visits from Hairdressers, chiropodists, dentists, opticians, local GP’s, and a range of other professionals.
Staff are all carefully screened and checked with the Disclosure and Barring Service (previously called CRB).
